Athlete Development
Who you become matters more than how you perform.
The strongest athletes are built from the inside out. Paige partners with athletes, teams, and coaches to develop confidence, resilience, emotional intelligence, and the mindset required to compete at their highest level while growing into stronger people.
Who you’re becoming is the real win.
The greatest breakthroughs don’t begin with mechanics — they begin with the person. Confidence, resilience, self-awareness, emotional regulation, and leadership aren’t just qualities of great athletes. They’re skills that can be developed. Paige’s coaching is designed to help athletes grow into the kind of person who can consistently perform under pressure, recover from setbacks, and compete with confidence both on and off the field.

The Art of Coaching Volleyball
As a collegiate athlete at Wake Forest, I didn’t have all the answers when it came to the mental side of the game. In fact, I struggled - big time. And that’s exactly why I do what I do today.
I know what it’s like to give your all in training, only to step on the court and feel paralyzed by that little voice whispering, “You’re not good enough.”
I’ve felt the pressure of the college recruiting process. I’ve battled self-doubt while trying to juggle Division I athletics, academics, and career plans. And I’ve stepped into competition, laying it all on the line, even when I wasn’t sure I had it in me.
But here’s what I want you to know: it doesn’t have to feel like this.
When my playing career ended, I started working in the corporate world. That’s when I finally took a hard look at my mindset. For the first time, I realized that my struggle wasn’t just happening to me - I was holding myself back. But I was also the solution.
Now, as a mental performance coach, I’m committed to helping athletes tap into their full potential - not just in your sport but also in life.
Why? Because sports are more than a game. They teach us who we are. They show us how to rise with resilience, commit to a process, and love fiercely - our sport, our teammates, our opponents and ourselves.

Paige’s Personal Journey
“We need to keep the momentum going forward to carry it not only through games, but through the weeks in between games and all season. Thank you for coming out and meeting with us and helping us. From the whole team, we all really appreciate it.”

“Before meeting with you, I was really struggling with performance anxiety and self-doubt. Felt like I was failing because my scores were decreasing compared to my first year competition scores. I wasn’t totally unsure about mental performance coaching, but I did have reservations because I wasn’t sure anyone could relate to exactly what I was feeling. What changed my mind was after our first phone call, I felt comfortable being vulnerable right away with you, and having that feeling of knowing I could talk to you about some touchy things made me realize that you could help me. The things that I have noticed not only in the way I compete but also but also in my daily practices are being able to be a little more optimistic and open about things I was once closed off about, along with using the calming tactics that were taught to me to help regulate and not panic as much.”
