By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Website Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. About Level 7 Lab and the Services We Offer

Level 7 Lab ("Level 7 Lab," "we," "us," or "our") is an athlete development facility that provides performance training, athletic development, and performance coaching services, including mental performance coaching.

Mental performance coaching is a goal-directed, forward-looking, and education-based process. It focuses on helping athletes and clients develop performance skills such as focus, confidence, motivation, resilience, routine-building, and consistency in pursuit of athletic, academic, and personal performance goals. It is built on the premise that the client is whole, capable, and resourceful, and that our role is to partner with the client to help them reach their own potential.

This website is intended for informational and promotional purposes only. The information provided here is a general overview of Level 7 Lab and its services and may not apply to every individual situation or circumstance.

3. Coaching Is Not Therapy, Counseling, or Licensed Healthcare

This section describes the scope of what Level 7 Lab provides and, just as importantly, what it does not. Please read it carefully.

What we provide. Level 7 Lab provides coaching and physical training. Coaching, as we practice it, is a partnership in a thought-provoking and creative process intended to help clients maximize their personal and athletic potential. It is concerned with the present and the future — with goals, performance, and growth.

What we do not provide. Coaching at Level 7 Lab is not therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, psychological assessment, clinical treatment, or any other form of licensed mental health or medical care. Our coaches are not acting as licensed psychologists, psychotherapists, licensed professional counselors, social workers, physicians, or other licensed healthcare providers. Coaching does not diagnose, treat, cure, manage, or prevent any mental, emotional, behavioral, psychological, or physical condition, illness, or disorder. Nothing on this website, and nothing said or done in the course of a coaching engagement, should be interpreted as the practice of psychology, counseling, medicine, or any other licensed profession, or as a substitute for the care of a qualified, licensed professional.

Our ethical standard. Level 7 Lab conducts its coaching practice in alignment with the Code of Ethics of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the world's leading professional body for coaching. The ICF Code recognizes a clear and intentional distinction between professional coaching and therapy or other support professions, distinguished by their focus, purpose, and the populations they serve. Consistent with that Code, Level 7 Lab and its coaches:

  • Work within the boundaries of their coaching competency, training, and experience (ICF Standard 5.1);

  • Make accurate, honest representations about what coaching is, what it is not, and what it can reasonably be expected to offer (ICF Standard 5.2);

  • Disclose to a client whenever they may be acting in a capacity other than that of a coach (ICF Standard 3.7); and

  • Remain alert to the limits of coaching, and will recommend or refer a client to a licensed therapist, counselor, physician, or other appropriate professional whenever a matter falls outside the scope of coaching (ICF Standards 4.2 and 4.3).

No clinical or therapeutic relationship is created. Viewing this website, contacting Level 7 Lab, completing any intake or downloadable paperwork, or participating in coaching or training does not create a therapeutic, counseling, clinical, or medical relationship of any kind, and does not by itself create any business or professional relationship.

4. No Medical, Psychological, or Professional Advice

The content on this website is general in nature and is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Participation in physical training carries inherent risks, and you should consult a qualified physician before beginning any new exercise or training program. You are responsible for your own decisions and should seek the advice of an appropriately qualified and licensed professional regarding your individual circumstances.

5. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on the Level 7 Lab website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • modify or copy the materials;

  • use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

  • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Level 7 Lab website;

  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
